How to Pay

You can pay online using PayPal, a debit card, or a credit card. After your payment is processed, you'll receive an email confirming your order. If you have any issues with online payments, please contact us at hello@rachaelplassard.com.

Shipping Costs

·      UK: Free

·      Europe: £40

·      Rest of World: £60

Lead Times

All pieces are made to order and can take up to 3 weeks for delivery. If you need your piece urgently, please email us at hello@rachaelplassard.com, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Bespoke orders typically take 4-8 weeks, depending on the design. You will receive updates on the progress of your order.

Delivery Information

·      Signature Required: A signature is required upon receipt, so please provide an address where the package can be received. If no one is available, a calling card will be left with instructions for collection or re-delivery.

·      Tracking: A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order is dispatched.

·      Import Taxes/Customs: Delivery costs do not include import taxes or customs fees, which are the customer's responsibility. As the "importer of record," you must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the destination country. We are not liable for any breaches, additional costs, or delays due to customs.

Additional Information

·      Delivery services are subject to stock, courier area, availability, and demand. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

·      Neither Rachael Plassard nor our carriers are liable for delays or failures to deliver within the estimated timeframe. We cannot compensate for orders delivered outside the estimated time due to delays.

·      If you prefer to collect your order from our Petersfield studio, please contact us at hello@rachaelplassard.com to arrange and we will refund your delivery charge.
